Change and return policy​

Order cancellation

If the online order has been completed, but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call +30 210 27 544 02 and we will cancel your order.  



Product Return / Replacement  

It is possible to return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example if you received a product other than the one you ordered). To complete the return of the item it is necessary to meet the following conditions:

Please note that the return shipping costs are charged by our company only in case of our own mistake or defective product. In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.
